dilute (verb) MIX (verb) MIX THE PRIMER WITH SOLVENT. Dilute the primer with solvent.
ADD (verb) DO NOT ADD MORE THAN AN EQUAL PART OF WATER TO THE ANTIFREEZE. Do not dilute the antifreeze with more than an equal part of water.
